Boy, how soon we forget -- may this will show up on my old blog and maybe it won't:
I brought the original Anna Aspnes PSD into Elements and went to image | resize | image resize and put the size I wanted in the box (15" wide by 11.5" tall) and hit enter. Imagine my surprise when it adjusted the entire template in one fell swoop! I clipped photos to the fotomasks, added a little text, and there I go. These photos, by the way, are from a set of purchased slides about May, Queen of Scots.
Now some people may be unhappy that the fotomasks are distorted in this process, but it's fine with me. If I really get bummed out for a particle photo or page, I'll just modify it. I like that Anna's templates have plenty of white space around the edges so I'll never have to worry about bleed.
